We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
How to request a return: Contact us at velpawsbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24-48 hours.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
